DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
Part-Time / Casual Position

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and participate actively in their communities. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
What you bring:
Certificate III/IV in Disability or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Disability.
Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekdays and weekends.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
Ability to understand and implement support care plans.
Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and managing finances.
Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
